Brad, you were my hope!
We are floating an idea about writing the data to a PF containing the "page
number" and the print data, "calculating" the page as we go, doing a
descending index over the "page" and spinning through actually printing on
paper.  Hassles: AFP barcodes, logos, boxes, shading, duplex printing (has
to be an even number of logical pages to fit on the proper number of
physical sheets) and variable drawers (front page is colour letterhead
simplex, the rest are plain white duplex.
