Glad it helped ... but ... (and isn't there always a but) I'd just like to
point out that you
can find correct functioning examples in the Application Display Programming
manual
(SC41-5715). Nah, surely not, accurate information in an IBM manual? Yes,
it's true! Which
shouldn't be a surprise. My primary reference point IS the IBM manuals and
they generally do
a good job.
Third-party books are not always what they are cracked up to be and perhaps
their examples
should be verified against the real manuals. Certainly they shouldn't be taken
as gospel.
(Oh no! He's back on the RTFM wagon ... aarrrrggghh)
