That would be nice.  Although I've cut and pasted from Book Manager 
into notepad and then ftp'ed that into my source physical files.  If 
it's small enough to fit into a single screen I'll paste directly into SEU.

how about putting the coding examples on a CDROM ???  Saves my fat fingers
