Hey guys, every company claims "we pay well" but their claim mostly is based on what they pay their current employees or what they pay other techy personnel or on the budget provided by management. You have to look at years of experience, how many industries (e.g. financial, manufacturing, retail), education of each individual, of cause real cost of living, and other areas (e.g. PC, NETWORKING) because most professionals today have background that exceeds the AS400.
