We also have a Airlan Bridge - Not sure of the model. We have been using
it for 5 years.

Ours has only gone really down a couple of times - both from Ice buildup
on the the antenna during an ice storm. Other times we had to reboot
the bridge unit and it came back up.

They are very sensitive to alignment - is it possible someone or
something (Roofer, A/C repair, etc) knocked one of them out of
alignment. This would cause a very weak signal.

Another possibility is a new cell-phone tower in the area. These
bridges usally use 900mhz spread spectrum transmission frequencies.
Cell Towers also operate in that frequency range. We had to use
horizontal polarization (whatever that is) to get ours to work.

If the company who installed the unit doesn't know that much about it I
suggest you look for an communications engineer who does.

Feel free to e-mail me directly if you need more information.
