One solution is to create a device description for your TCPIP printer.
Another is a shareware program I have available called Spooled File Tools
(SPLTOOL).

SPLTOOL will allow you to print a range of pages by creating a duplicate of
the spooled file with only the pages you specify.
It will also allow a host of other options such as downloading the spooled
file to a shared folder, the IFS or any machine using FTP.
