QSYS.LIB does.  That is the QSYS (library) section of the IFS.  Keep going
down.  Every library is in QSYS.LIB.  So, a path to source member PROG1 in
QRPGLESRC in library MYPROGS would look like this...

/QSYS.LIB/MYPROGS.LIB/QRPGLESRC.FILE/PROG1.MBR
