Re: Client Access file Xfer from the AS400

Would Query/400 do the job for you?  Create result fields that are 6 long and 
move the data into them?  Then, output to a datafile instead of to a printer?  
My personal favorite is to write a a small RPG program, maybe 8 lines maximum, 
plus the number of program described output fields you need.
