I don't know the exact answer to your question, however I think I can point
you in the right direction.  If you have the softcopy manuals... search for
ALERT processing.
Sorry I don't have much more to offer.  BTW, I know there are some
commercial products to do this, Help System I believe has a product and
AS/Center.
