VCPs have the same parameter layout as the CPP for the command; it is
not dependent upon which parameters are prompted.  In fact, IBM
programs often have parameters which are never prompted.

For user written commands, obviously you will already know what the
CPP expects.  For IBM-supplied commands, it is non-trivial to
determine what the VCP expects.  However, Dave McKenzie has an
*excellent* freeware program which recreates the command source from a
command object.  You can run this against CHGJOB or anything else,
then use the command source to determine what your VCP should expect.

The utility is called RTVCMDSRC. and is available from the News/400
web site download section.  I highly recommend it.
