RE: Is CA/400 free? -- MIDRANGE-L

I read somewhere (now I can't find the reference) that CA Express
was the future.   CA/400 V3R2M0 was to be the last release of "full"
Client Access.  Not frozen yet, but eventually.  If I'm wrong, I'm
sure somebody will correct me.
