When will Graphical Access no longer be free?  If they charge for it, I'll 
chuck it and go with C/A 5250 green screens which are significantly more 
user friendly.

Data transfer is a chargable part of CA/400. Free parts are mostly limited
to OpsNav, ODBC, APIs (including Lightning) and Graphical Access (although
that is being discontinued).
