This is not completely true. A job's authority to an object is resolved when
the object is referenced, not at job initiation. The only security references
that are resolved at job initiaion are those that are needed to initiate the job
(JOBD, OUTQ, SBSD, Initial program, etc.)

Each time an object is referenced during the course of a job, the job's
authority
is re-resolved. The classic example is a repetitive call to an external RPG
program from a CL program. If the RPG ends with LR on, authority must be
re-resolved for each call. (this contributes to the performance implications of
ending a repitively called program with LR on).
