RE: 3197 Terminal Configuration

Have you tried letting it auto config?  We have this setup at a couple
of our plants.  Turn off the printer and terminal, turn on autoconfig in
your system defaults, turn on both printer and terminal, check to see if
it worked, then turn off auto config.
