Actually, if you have the latest CA/400 for Win95/NT (V3R1M3 with
Service Pack SF48155) all features of CA/400 EXCEPT PC5250 will probably
work fine.  There's still no fix for PC5250 Comm check 658 when
connecting to a system where response time is rather long (approx 800ms
or higher) - there is an open APAR with IBM on this problem.
We still have this problem trying to connect from Toronto to a system in
Labrador City NF, so you would probably experience problem the same
trying to connect from California to the UK.
(Graphical Access is a temporary circumvention).
