  • Subject: Setting up new office to connect to AS/400

I need some ideas on setting up a new (small 3-4 person) office in the UK to
connect into our AS/400 on the West Coast of the USA. The new office will
be running on PC(s) with Win 95 and Client Access. There will also be one
printer server there as well. I was looking at the following solution:

1. 32-56kb phone line
2. Asnyc mutiplexer
3. Sync modem
4. Stat MUX
5. RS232 connections to the PC's and AS/400

Any better ideas would be appreciated! As always, cost is a factor.
