We use ProGen Plus, though not the ILE version.  It's much easier to use (not to
mention cheaper) than CASE tools such as SYNON or AS/SET.  We even have people
who are not programmers (on my staff, not users) able to generate some pretty
sophisticated stuff.  The programs generate in minutes, way faster than the 
other
CASE tools.  Tech support is good (although it always varies by who you get), we
have asked basic questions and they are patient.  There are incredible
productivity gains in interactive programming.  For some reason, there is no
productivity gain in generating report programs.  I guess this is because there
is nothing better in the world (that I have seen) than RPG for generating 
reports
(hence the name, I suppose).  There is also a vendor sponsored mailing list with
little traffic, say two messages a week.  Software updates are downloadable from
the web and they refresh the product frequently.
