First,  JAVA for the 400 is only coming into it's own on V4R2.   How many
are on V4R2 yet?  How many have developed an entire new system of ANY type
since you have gotten V4R2 ?  How long did it take to have people start 
using RPGIV?   And that was a lanuage that we theoretically knew.  

Give it a chance.
