Bill - while I don't argue that even more needs to be done, I think you're missing a point here. A large measure of our problems stem from the fact that mags like Computerworld, Info. Week, etc. have always ignored us at best, and pegged us as old-fashioned at worst. It does no good to get CEOs interested via Airline mags etc. if the minute they talk to their techies (or a consultant) they get the "that old stuff!" line. If most of these pieces had come from AS/400 mags, I'd agree with you - but they don't. They're from mags that are industry journals (Manufacturing week), and ones that cover the most modern "sexy" stuff (the Java and e-business pubs) as well as the mainstream computer press. Personally I think they're _exactly_ what we need. One we ha ve some visibility in that area, thens the time to start going for the CEOs big time.
