Yes, in fact, you do. They are there primarily for compiling to earlier
target releases. I suppose they _could_ be removed if you _absolutely_ know
that you'll never create programs for an earlier release (someone tell us
for sure that you shouldn't, please!). I think you can see these (as a
group) in DSPLICPGM under Prior Release Support or something. You may see
System 38 support, too, in which case you have a QSYS38 library.
