If you went from cysc to risc then the program the WRKFLR command is using was
compiled with Remove observable (yes)  When you call a CISC program on a RISC
box the system attempts to convert the program. cmd(STROBJCVN)  It will fail
if REMOVE observability is yes.  You may still access the folders through
WIN95 if you go into explorer and under tools there is map network drive Ex.
\\AS400\QDLS then you may access the folders.  Also check the CPYTOPCD and the
CPYFRMPCD commands.
