No reason, unless you are on V3R0M5 or earlier and performance is barely
acceptable.
V3R1 & V3R2 may cause a performance problem (V3R2 will actually perform
slightly better than V3R1).
Also, if your B45 has only 16MB of memory, don't even consider going to
V3R1 or V3R2 (well, actually if you're not on V3R1 already, don't even
consider it - skip straight to V3R2 if you can) without slapping some
more memory in the system.  You can take your B45 to 40MB and used
memory is CHEAP !
