I keep thinking back to when I was installing V3 for the first time.... I seem 
to recall some warnings that _some_ B models  could not be upgraded because of 
memory and DASD limitations.  That may have just been for 9404 models. Does 
anyone else recall this?

  There is no reason you cant upgrade, and I think a better way of
saying it is "There is no reason NOT to be on V3R2".  It is the only 
true Y2K compliant version of OS/400 for CISC, and why not take 
advantage of its stability and functionality.
