Do a SNDPTFORD SF31426.  That is the only way to really fix a damaged ptf,
if a LODPTF doesn't work.  I just had it happen to me, as I was loading some
ptfs off of a CDROM that IBM sent me.  I had to download the ptf from ECS to
fix it.  You may have to set the REORDER parameter on the SNDPTFORD command
to *YES, for it to work properly.
