FTP File Transfer from AS400 -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone know how to do a FTP file transfer from the AS400 to a TCPIP
connected PC, using command line FTP?  I want to create a batch file that
will FTP the file to the PC.

I haven't found any documents talking about the proper syntax of a GET
command, so any help is greatly appreciated.
