Problem solved. Turns out we had old versions of QTMHCGI and QTMHIMAG in our CGIBIN library (cgi executable directory) that were carried forward from the old OS. After copying new versions into CGIBIN from QTCP everything worked again. CGI's were running on V3R2 and V4R1 but totally conked out on V4R2. I thought it might be the beta of V4R2 but an install of the production version of the OS last week didn't help. The only reason we're on 4.2 is to run Net.Commerce, but I didn't expect this side-effect. I'm in an extended dialogue with IBM on this problem: sending them configuration files, httpd traces, etc. No solutions yet. Anybody have any ideas? We keep getting the following error message in the browser: 'Error 500 Internal error: headers' . The programs worked fine before. What's different? ______________________________________________________________________ Darin White Software Developer Ontario Universities' Application Centre P.O.
