I may be wrong, but I believe that when all else fails there is HARDCODING in the OS that points to QPRINT. -Walden -----Original Message----- From: owner-midrange-l@midrange.com [mailto:owner-midrange-l@midrange.com]On Behalf Of Gary Munroe Sent: Friday, March 20, 1998 12:10 PM To: midrange-l@midrange.com Subject: Default OUTQ I have a CL here that overrides the printer file & outq via the OVRPRTF command. If the OUTQ parameter is not found (which is valid altho not desirable) the system tries to change the OUTQ to QPRINT in QGPL & gives the following message: Output queue changed to QPRINT in QGPL. Output queue QPRINT in QGPL not found. QPRINT was removed from our system and I can't find out where or how it's defaulting to it. Can anyone help? (BTW, I'm @ V3R2) Thanks. __________________________________________________________________ | Gary Munroe | |------------------------------------------------------------------| | I.T.S., AS/400 Services Work: gmunroe@flemingc.on.ca | | Sir Sandford Fleming College Home: izzi@calweb.com | | (705) 749-5523 x1409 Web: http://www.calweb.com/~izzi | |__________________________________________________________________| +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
