Gary,

I think QPRINT is just a default value that gets used when nothing else is 
available. It happens on our system when an invalid output queue name is 
specified. It's just a hard coded last resort default if all else fails. Why 
not just create the output queue? You don't need to attach it to a writer. At 
least then you can move the output while you try to figure out where the 
invalid queue name is coming from.
