Another way, but again a way that might not survive after you're "dead & gone" 
is to change 
the system value QPRTTXT and put in the system name or serial number.  It will 
then print 
on the bottom of each report.
But, it could be changed by someone else or even removed when you have moved on 
elsewhere.
