(there is always an however on the 400) You have three choices: 1) Enter a chgobjown command for each object (ugly) 2) If you can group the objects using dspobjd (all objects in a lib, all files named UP*, all programs in a lib, etc) you can do a dspobjd to an outfile and then write a 10 line CL program to rcvf the outfile and chgobjown obj(&odlbnm/&odobnm) objtyp(&odobtp) newowner(george) for each record. odlbnm and odobnm are the library and object name, odobtp is the object type from the dspobjd outfile. 3) Hire a temp :-) I've just done this job (before all the excellent suggestions came up!). I used wrkobjown and then used option 9 again each object I wanted to change. I would suggest making sure that no one else is using the objects you wish to change as otherwise you have to repeat the job until they are all done.
