Yes - QAPZPTF4/3/2 are logicals, over the physical QAPZPTF. Now, it shouldn't be absolutely necessary to run this in a restricted state, IF you can be sure that no one else will try to run any PTF related commands, and just to be sure nothing from the LICPCM menu either, while the rebuild is running. ...
