The override statement for the print is: OVRPRTF FILE(POP002A) FIDELITY(*CONTENT) FRONTOVL(POFORM) The printer is *IPDS. The error message says: "AFPDS or IPDS DDS keyword not valid for printer file with DEVTYPE parameter value of *SCS." I have no idea why it thinks it's a *SCS printer. /\|_/\|\| >-----Original Message----- >From: Buck Calabro [SMTP:mcalabro@commsoft.net] >Sent: Tuesday, February 10, 1998 12:11 PM >To: 'Midrange' >Subject: Re:IPDS Problem > >>The file description shows it as being a *IPDS print file, but I'm still >>getting an error that says it's a *SCS file. > >Are there any overrides that drive this back to DEVTYPE(*SCS)? >How about the print device: is it *IPDS/*AFPDS or is it *SCS? > >What specific error are you seeing? > >Buck Calabro >Commsoft, Albany, NY > >+--- >| This is the Midrange System Mailing List! >| To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". >| To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. >| Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com >+--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
