        The sequence number is the order in which the routing entries
are searched. Once there is a match that routing entry is used. So in
your example 9999 is the catch all "*any" will except all entries, not
processed by the previous routing entries.  I would normally add a new
entry somewhere after existing entries but before the 9999 entry of *any
why not try 300 if one does not already exist.
