As I said earlier - no one is suggesting that ths customer _use_ Cobol.  The
customer would be using VA Generator, which just happens to generate Cobol on
the AS/400.

To put it another way - would you suggest that any customer wishing to use RPG
should have MI  (RPG III) or W-code (RPG IV) programmers on staff before they
could use the RPG compiler?  Of course not.

If we're going to discuss this issue, the comparison should be to Synon 2E or
Obsydian, Lansa, Magic, etc. etc.
