Does anyone know of a 32 bit (WIN95) ODBC driver that will talk with the
AS400 over TCP/IP. Or am I just dreaming?

I was about to ask almost exactly the same question, only differently:
Can I FTP an AS/400's regular data file to an IP address and have the PC at
that IP address receive the file as ASCII text? Or, can I FTP to the AS/400
from a PC session and get AS/400 data files as ASCII text?
