I'm not talking about traditional (which I THOUGHT was RPG/400, but SEEMS to
be RPG/II or III from you level check *NO proponent's responses).  I'm
talking about an environment in which an EIS (Executive Information System,
or Query) tool is in place.  I'm talking about an environment in which
VisualBasic programs access the AS/400 database.  I'm talking about an
environment with mutliple developers.  Again, WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL about
re-compiling all programs that access the file?
