We collect average response time, job counts, disk transactions and
storage usage on a daily basis. We don't chart it every month, but we do
look at it occasionally in order to pick up trends. Unanticipated
downtime is logged in our help desk and reported on regularly. Scheduled
downtime is not tracked. It has not been seen as a significant issue.
