But, both you and Bob are missing one of the big points in my reply. 
His statement was made without qualifications.  Of course he is
justified in criticizing IBM, anyone is who has had to struggle through
this mess.  Unless I am forgetting parts of his statement at the
soundoff it ran along the lines of "Bob Cozzi, blah blah, I think Client
Access is a piece of crap.  Thank you." Yes, this is an outrageous
paraphrase, but is this not the jest of what was shared?
