I use CA V3R1M0 on an NT 4.0, and have experienced the same problem. In
my situation, I have found that the problem is caused when I left click
the "X" on the top right of the window to end the session, instead of
the Exit option on the File menu.

When the problem does occur, Task Manager will report one instances of
process "PCSCM.EXE" active, and many of "pcsws.exe" active (one instance
for each AS400 session).
