Subject:        IBM 4247 - Selecting Tractors

Recently someone posted a question about selecting different tractors on the 
IBM 4247 matrix printer with source drawer commands from the AS/400 on 
midrange-l. I have already deleted the original posting. Today I found 
information in APAR SA52845 which listed the PTF's that you can order to gain 
source drawer support from OS-400 for the 4247. The PTF's are listed below:

Problem Summary

Add support for D/T4247 SCS & IPDS printers. Also add support
for the D/T4312, D/T4317, and D/T4324 printers.

Problem Conclusion

Provide support for multiple input devices for 4247 printers.
Provide support for 4312, 4317, and 4324 IPDS printers.
