You could do both:  Hook up all the users on the PC network to the printer
directly from their PCs.  Also dedicate a single PC to run a RUMBA/Client
Access printer session from a queue on the AS/400 to the LAN printer.  That
dedicated printer lets everyone on the AS/400 use the network printer.
