I noticed problems when autostarting both Client Access and the Office programs. Starting these jobs one after the other there were less problems. There are PTFs from IBM but you should switch to V3R1M2 first cause this is the most recent version from IBM. PTFs are to be found via ftp at ftp.software.ibm.com in directory /as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v3r1mx/servicepack. Replace x by the version you need (0,1,2).
