Dave,

If you can call RMTCMD, you can send a remove command to the AS/400. If
you're only using the 16-bit routers, I have a Win31 app that runs AS/400
commands (by calling the CA/400 APIs). But it's part of my CodeStudio
product. I think I could break it out and make it a stand-alone app in a
hour or so, but since I don't have a working Client Access/400 connection,
I can't promise that it'll work.

Bob

Subject: Remote Command from Access?

Folks:

I'm looking for a way to run a remote command from a PC on the '400
within an MS ACCESS (various versions, all running under Win95) program.

Does anyone have an example of how to do this? We have basic NETSOFT
routers (16bit).

Specifically, we need to be able to send a command to Robot/Alert so we
can send a page.

Thanks!

david
