Are you using WorldShip?   And is it interfaced with XA?  We did/do that with the Offline Shipping Enhancement (now standard within XA).  If you don't have the email address stored in XA, WorldShip allows for it also.  In fact, you can do this with WorldShip!

Hello All

Here is our present problem:

When a customer calls in, we have to track the package via UPS website
and either tell them the status or email them a link to the page.  It
would be great if we could automatically email a shipment confirmation
with tracking number, etc when the order leaves our building.  If we can
solve this problem, this would save a fair amount of time.
