I thought R7 already had Websphere!  Reading this makes it seem like 
MAPICS has no existing links to the Web.

I think the impetus for this new item was MAPICS's CRM being wrapped 
around Webshere, the CRM came from Syteline.  It really
obfuscates what MAPICS has already done with Webshere.

Or am I confused!?!?!?
