We've been fooling around with that setting and the MAPICS credit Limits
feature for awhile, not much control!

Recently we had a demo of the MC2 product by CForia Software
(www.cforia.com), it handles credit (limts, hold, etc), collections,
deductions, etc.
Pretty slick stuff, even the ancient green screen accountant liked it!
Hopefully mgmnt approves the acquisition!

I'm looking forward to removing IS from that aspect of the business!

RE: MAPICS - Credit Hold

Thanks - I think I have it figured out. The ACREC field of MBBFREP is
being used here to "H"-hold or "S"-Suspend customers so we do not process
orders for them. We call this being on "Credit Hold".

I"m not sure what you are asking. The customer credit hold information
such as credit limit amounts, auto-credit hold and such for the customer
information is in MBBFREP. MBCKREP contains the actual list of customer
orders on credit hold.

Which do you need?
