Problem With PRTIMTXR

Can anyone help please.

I have created a CL (see below) to perform a Transaction register on a
weekly basis.
However, when the CL is submitted I get the error message

(AA) E AM-0201 Not authorized to use this menu option.

This message appears to be rather spurious as I have access to every Mapics
menu option (without exception).
Can anyone enlighten me.

I have other API's running with no problem.
