Teri,

If the simple modifications suggested by others do not work out, you may
wish to consider the Mapics module JacanaForms. JacanaForms is the
electronic forms solution, one of it's capabilities is to suppress
printouts (invoices) that you do not want printed. Implementation can
be very straight forward and handled in a number of days, assuming you
have minimal changes (if any) to the Mapics output.

If you have further questions, please contact me or your affiliate.

Subject: Selective Printing of COM Invoices

We have MAPICs version 4.0 XA and would like to NOT print sales invoices
for selected entities. We still want the system to do all of the other
COM processing (posting to the general ledger and subsidiary Accounts
Receivable). We pay our intercompany invoices "electronically" and no
longer need to print the paper invoice.

Has anyone else tried to do this? What do we need to look out for?
