Windows and Scroll bars

James,

I need to fix it in my version too. And eventually implement it in the win32 
port.

I'd like to have a test page where I could verify my (currently non-existant) 
implementation. I have access to an as400 (the Mr. Scherer one) but I am 
completely unable to use anything on this. :) I'd just need a dummy-proof set 
of commands to use to load the test files on
