Fixed this and some other small problems that cropped up with the autoconf changes. Thanks for the patch. With these fixes I think I've fixed most of the issues related to building, installation, and screen flickering.

Now I'm wondering, what is x5250 missing that tn5250 does? I would really like to get release 0.5 out that is feature complete with tn5250 0.16.4. Right now the only thing that comes to mind is key remapping which I'm saving until after x5250 0.5.
